Well, I have left this thing to die, sort of. So I'll post some old work that I'm pretty happy with.

What a beautiful morning. The sun had not yet come over the hills (opposite direction), but was close. The water was a cold, light, icy blue. A colour contrasted by the object floating in the water, which was normally yellow but appeared bright orange in this light. Both colours were low in saturation, even the warm was cool but it was all comfortable. I remember how the colours looked, I'll have to go back to this with paint.
